Job Description
Acciona Agua e alla ricerca di un Junior Project Manager che sara inserito all'interno della struttura di produzione e sara a diretto riporto del Responsabile di Produzione.
Mission:
- Analisi tecnica e documentale: supporta la lettura di progetti, computi, capitolati, schemi di processo e layout impiantistici; contribuisce alla preparazione e gestione della documentazione di commessa (POS, PCQ, as-built, certificazioni).
- Pianificazione e coordinamento operativo: collabora alla definizione del cronoprogramma, della sequenza delle lavorazioni e dei fabbisogni tecnici; facilita la comunicazione tra ufficio tecnico, cantiere, subappaltatori e fornitori.
- Budget e controllo economico: partecipa alla stesura del budget iniziale analizzando quantita, materiali, manodopera e subappalti; monitora costi e scostamenti rispetto al budget; aggiorna periodicamente i valori economici in relazione all'avanzamento tecnico e alle varianti.
- Monitoraggio lavori e qualita: verifica l'avanzamento tecnico dei lavori (SAL), controlla la conformita a progetto, norme e capitolato; supporta le attivita di controllo qualita e la raccolta dati dal campo.
- Gestione forniture e materiali: assiste nel coordinare approvvigionamenti, consegne e verifiche tecniche di materiali e apparecchiature (tubazioni, pompe, valvole, quadri, strumentazione).
- Prove, collaudi e avviamento: partecipa all'organizzazione delle prove funzionali, idrauliche ed elettriche, e alle attivita di messa in servizio degli impianti.
- Rischi tecnici e sicurezza: contribuisce all'individuazione di rischi legati alle lavorazioni (scavi, interferenze, opere civili e meccaniche) e collabora con le figure della sicurezza per la corretta gestione delle procedure operative.
- Interfaccia con enti e direzione lavori: supporta i rapporti tecnici con DL, RUP, gestori idrici e altri enti coinvolti, partecipando a riunioni e verbalizzazioni tecniche.
Required Skills and Competencies
- laurea triennale e/o magistrale in Ingegneria Civile, Ambientale;
- competenze linguistiche: inglese
- competenze digitali: Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office; conoscenza, anche base, dei software di disegno CAD, di computistica (Primus) e di programmazione (MS Project).
- Rappresentano un plus eventuali esperienze anche brevi nel mondo delle acque e/o dei lavori pubblici.
