Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent our company and nonprofit partners at live events, brand activations, and community outreach programs. This public-facing role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in energetic environments, and want hands-on experience in customer service, event marketing, and fundraising.
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, one-on-one mentorship, and real-world event experience, along with clear opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with event attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service at live events and outreach programs
- Communicate campaign and fundraising information clearly and confidently
- Answer questions and create positive, memorable experiences for participants
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site support
- Build strong relationships with supporters, partners, and team members
- Maintain a high-energy, welcoming, and professional event environment
