The Opportunity

Lead program manager for a team managing key initiatives across Adobe Customer Solutions and Digital Experience businesses in the post-sales, value delivery environment. Collaborates with a diverse team to develop programs supporting customer solutions.

This role requires strategic and tactical approaches to drive programmatic rigor across our organization. This program manager must demonstrate standard Program Management methodology, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency.

What you'll Do

  • Drive standardized program management processes for the team, while managing a large portfolio of critical initiatives.
  • Develop and drive innovative work management and reporting processes to enhance team efficiency, transparency, and progress.
  • Bring program management rigor and strive for continuous improvement to our program management approach.
  • Partner with strategy, operations, and senior field leaders to help build and implement strategic program plans mapped to the organization's go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead critical cross-functional meetings to align the team, driving agenda and action items, and ensuring relevant insights are widely shared to ensure delivery.
  • Act as a primary source of information for the "when" and "how" of the critical initiatives in the portfolio and the overall portfolio itself.
  • Work with the team to prepare regular executive-facing readouts of program performance and risks.

What you'll need:

  • Over 6 years of program management experience leading global tech projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with proven experience in program and people management.
  • Experience in a SaaS post-sales, value delivery organization a plus.
  • Experience with Project Management Tools (Workfront, Jira, etc) and virtual collaboration tools (SharePoint, Wiki, Miro, etc); Workfront certification a plus.
  • Certification in project/program management (e.g., Project Management Institute's PMP) a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $110,000 -- $202,250 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $121,300 - $175,600

In Washington, the pay range for this position is $127,700 - $184,850

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
